Noble Application Server Project
Noble Application Server Project IAI has been working on a new Wonderware based Application Server project for Noble Energy, in Colorado. Upon completion this system will be one of the largest Application Server projects in North America. In conjunction with the Application Server, we are using the Insight Communications Engine (ICE), which is uniquely qualified to be used on this project, since it supports all of the field devices, and provides the flexibility in communications scheduling required for this size of project. IAI Adds Support for PCS Multi Well Plunger Insight Automation, Inc. has developed support for the PCS 4000 and RM200 Multi-Well Plunger Lift Controller. This device has been added as a device within the ICE Multi-Protocol Communications Engine and Wonderware InTouch. This has been developed to provide individual control of up to eight plunger equipped wellhead locations in a multi-well pad configuration. IAI worked with PCS to develop the Interface within Wonderware InTouch to mimic the PCS configuration software. This interface provides the capability to see current wellhead data, historical data, and provides control capability to the controller in the field. The InTouch interface effectively becomes an extension of the controller from the field to the Host SCADA System.
With this addition IAI continues to add to the extensive library of
field devices that we support through ICE, InTouch and CygNet. IAI Opens Borger, Texas Office Insight Automation,
Inc. (IAI) with our sister company
Texsight Automation,
will be opening a new office in Borger, Texas in January of 2008.
Texsight was formed in late 2008 as a support company to IAI and
Insight Technical
Services, Inc. (ITSI), providing field level technical support for
ITSI automation hardware, as well as support for other field automation
equipment. Wonderware System Platform Trained Insight Automation, Inc has recently trained three more of our programmers on the Wonderware System Platform software. This adds to our other trained programming staff, positioning IAI to be able to handle all of your Wonderware based needs, from InTouch, to System Platform, to Industrial SQL (Wonderware Historian). IAI has been providing Wonderware based SCADA solutions to the Oil and Gas Industry since the early 1990's making it one of the most experienced companies in this industry providing Wonderware based solutions.

Having rapidly grown over the past year, we were squeezed out of our old
offices in Berthoud, so we have relocated to a new 6000 Square foot
facility, located on Interstate 25 North of Denver, in Johnstown
Colorado. This new Office allows us to consolidate IAI and our
sister company Insight Technical Services, Inc. (ITSI) into one
facility. This will allow us to better manage and grow both

Any facility that you need to monitor intrusion, or facility warning alarms, that need to be reported back to a central SCADA system, is what the Alarm-Pack is designed to handle. Battery-PACK: Battery-Pack is a Monitoring and Control box that can be installed on any size Tank Battery facility. It is designed to bring in tank level data, alarms, flows, and other information from the Tank Battery. The Battery-Pack has been designed to interface to production wells that flow the Tank Battery to provide automated control to the wellhead. Designed to meet SPCC requirements, the Battery-Pack can help you keep a 24 hour watch on your Tanks. Compressor-PACK: The COMPRESSOR-Pack is an affordable self contained panel that provides a local Operator Touch Panel, and supports Modbus Protocol for interfacing to your SCADA System. Since the COMPRESSOR-Pack is based on the SCADAPack32 PLC it can also provide gas measurement at the compressor location for fuel gas and delivery flow. Well-PACK: The WELL-Pack is an affordable self contained panel that provides a local Operator Touch Panel, and supports Modbus Protocol for interfacing to your SCADA System. The WELL-Pack is based on the SCADAPack32 PLC and provides custody transfer gas measurement at the wellhead, as well as valve control, separator control and monitoring, and wellhead pump control. All of these PACK
products are designed to Integrate into CygNet and Wonderware based
SCADA systems easily. We have developed the database templates
and GUI screens and can help you bring the information and controls from
